e respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the patient.

The first time a cancellation is made within the 24hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the patient will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied).

Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same patient that occur within the 24 hour period will be referred to the Practice Co-ordinator and may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied.

Patients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the clinic to cancel their appointment) will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied.

We understand there may be unforeseen circumstances and exceptions can be made.

We can process most claims on the spot through our HICAPS facility. This saves you paperwork and, of course, time.

Dental treatment is often complex and may require extensive follow up care from your practitioner. Follow up care from an overseas provider can prove impractical or impossible. We suggest you read the following comments from the Australian Dental Association (ADA).

We are often asked this question and simply…it varies. Generally one should visit a dentist once every six to twelve months depending on your oral health, maintenance and risk factors. Regular check-ups are important in detecting early signs of decay and disease that may not be obvious to you. Dealing with these issues early helps avoid more complex treatment later.

The Commonwealth Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a dental benefits program for eligible children aged 2–17 years that provides up to $1,000 in benefits over two years to the child for basic dental services. A child is eligible if they are aged 2–17 years, are eligible for Medicare, and the family receives Family Tax Benefit Part A or other relevant Australian Government payments.

We are across the street from a 540 space municipal car park. The Prahran and South Yarra train stations are an easy walk as are a number of tram routes operating on Chapel Street, High Street and Malvern Rd.

Dental off Chapel is positioned in the centre of the Prahran, South Yarra and Windsor retail and fashion district. Patients often take the opportunity to drop into a local cafe or the nearby boutiques.
